Susanna Stracevic

Principal of the firm is Susanna P. Starcevic, a native San Diegan with extensive contacts in the legal, real estate, construction, equine, art, and investment communities of the area.

Since 1994, she has worked with individuals, families, institutions, charitable organizations and non-profit organizations. That includes trusts involving a large number of beneficiaries.

  • Hospitality, including food and beverage, as well as issues relating to the California Alcoholic Beverage Control
  • Litigation oversight and direction

She brings a strong background of educational and business achievement to her trust and fiduciary responsibilities, including:

Discharging fiduciary responsibilities successfully often means calling on a depth of experience in real estate, business, investment, and related fields. Ms. Starcevic's background includes:

  • Success as a small business entrepreneur in downtown San Diego (2003-2008)
  • Extensive experience as a developer and property manager, including managing the redevelopment of a boutique hotel in downtown San Diego and serving as general contractor
  • Broad experience as a property manager of local residential rental properties
  • Experience as a securities attorney in an established San Diego securities fraud litigation firm;
  • Service for 10 years as a stock and bond broker, portfolio manager and bond trader in New York City.

Her professional licenses include:

  • Member, State Bar of California (Inactive status)
  • Member of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate and the Elder Law sections of the San Diego County Bar Association

She is the parent of a wonderful daughter, is conversationally fluent in Spanish, and enjoys travel, surfing, cycling and other fitness activities.
